It turns like in a wheel...

This morning (8.55am Indonesia Time) i called Botschaft (again!) confirming my visa, actually my rejected-residence-permit-visa.... so here some conversation that i really confused :

Man : Good morning....Visa section..

Me : Good morning, Sir. I'd like to ask u about my visa.

Man : ..........

Me : Last week i receive a mail from Botschaft (and so on... i explained all to him, specially how confusing i am about "Der Lebensunterhalt fur einen Familiennachzug ist nicht
gesichert " )

Man : Excuse me, your document number?

Me : 1145xx

Man : (i heard he type somethin on his PC and then) Yup, your visa application has been
rejected

Me : (i know! thats why i called you!) yes, but i'd like to know why it happened? did my
Lebensunterhalt from DAAD not enough? (i asked this coz i wanna know the reason)

Man : well, you have to send a mail to our head-officer if you wanna know it.

Me : i see. anyway, if so can i applying tourist-visa?

Man : you have to ask him too...by mail. i cant give you any explanation about it.

Me : (Oh My God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then what are you doing there?) ok then. So,what is your
head-officer's name? is it Ms.X ?

Men : No, its Mr. Y (apparently i cant hear what did he say)

Me : Ok. Thank you very much.

Men : Ok. (and then he just hang-up the phone)

Gosh.......it doesnt mean i dont wanna be rude at all...but, PLEEEEEAAAAASSSSEEE!
could he just offering me any meanfull-info? so at least i dont have to wait any longer to know, if i could start applying tourist-visa or not... im desperate here!! *sigh* its like he's just start working there and dunno anythin if he face the problems like i have.... Aaaaaaarrrrggghhhh!
